Rascal is a lively, loving kitten with a big heart and an even bigger purr. He came in with his sister, Rosie, and the two are inseparable playmates — chasing toys, wrestling, and curling up together for naps. Rascal ready to bring fun, cuddles, and charm to his forever home — maybe with Rosie, or all on his own. Either way, Rascal is sure to steal your heart!

***Please be advised that there will be a $3.00 charge to be supplied with a cat carrier from NOCO Humane. You are welcome to purchase one here or bring your own carrier at the time of adoption***
